Mission Statement
Tom’s mission is to supply the best in service to people who want the most out of their HR2510, HR2600, and Lincoln and other brands of  radios.  Chipswitch has approved Tom as a registered installation tech for their chipswitch product.

Company Background
Tom is known on the local CB band as “Doc” and has been servicing radios for over 20 years.  Everyone that’s on CB in the Buffalo and Niagara Falls NY area know of him.  Thousands of radios have been serviced by Tom, and everyone walks away a satisfied customer.  But what is most interesting is the popularity of the Uniden HR2510, HR2600, and Lincoln radios in the Buffalo area. I (The Webauthor) have travelled to many places in the US and Canada, and never have I encountered so many people with this brand of radio.  I firmly believe that this is due to Tom’s ability to enhance or “tune up” this radio.

Testimonials
When I first got into CB radio I started with a Radio Shack TRC-216 walkie talkie.  I bought a base antenna, and although it worked I was still the local “Mud Duck”.  I took this little TRC-216 to Tom (after I had blown out the finals because I didn’t know what I was doing) and after Tom repaired it, and tuned it up I hooked it up to my (now matched) base antenna, asked for a radio check, and I was no longer a “Mud Duck”.  People in the local area simply could not believe that I was using a walkie talkie.

When I got my HR2510, brand new in the box I hooked it up to my antenna, and asked for a radio check.  I compared it to the TRC-216 Tom had tuned.  People said the TRC-216 sounded better than the HR2510!  I called Tom, he chuckled and said 3 words, “Bring it over.”  So I did, and when I brought it back home and hooked it up, let me just say that the people who still called me a Mud Duck with the TRC-216 were now on the other end of the stick because comparitively they were now the Mud Duck.  Thanks Tom.  kjv@ken-ton.net
